RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be broken, and there must be visual proof of the condition it arrived in. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, we will contact you to decide the appropriate course of action to amend the situation, which includes but is not limited to the return of payment or replacement.
We do not do returns and exchanges, only refunds according to the criteria detailed above.
Wellbeeings LLC reserves the right to accept or deny any request for refunds, returns, or exchanges at our discretion, and we are not obligated to provide an explanation for the decision.
